Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping conifrmation email once your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ferosom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we do offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if you’re not satisfied with our product, we’ll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase – no return necessary. Please note this only applies to orders purchased directly through our website; www.ferosom.com.
This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to new customers who just made their first purchase or an existing subscriber who placed an order for a new product.
